“All things are ready, if our mind be so.”
In Line and Space
Through ink and gesture, I shape visual worlds — layered, tactile, and rooted in rhythm.
From Line to Atmosphere
I’m Ivana Filkorova, a visual artist creating hand-drawn ink compositions that explore rhythm, structure, and the organic language of lines.
My work grows through a slow, intuitive process — one line at a time — forming visual systems that live as independent artworks or as site-specific spatial elements.
I believe drawing can be more than a framed piece — it can shape architecture, inhabit spaces and wrap itself around everyday objects.
From Inner Worlds to Shared Spaces
I have been devoted to drawing for 13 years. I studied fine arts in high school and scenography at university, always moving within the field of visual art. For many years, drawing was a deeply personal record of my inner landscapes and a way to explore drawing as a medium itself.
Over time, my work has evolved into cohesive collections, shifting from a closed, introspective microcosm into something open and expansive.
This long practice allows me to respond quickly, collaborate with companies, and adapt to different materials. I’m fascinated by the idea of drawings living within spaces, on products, or as part of design and branding solutions.
Created to resonate
My concept is not conventional — and that is its strength. I offer drawings not just as illustrations, but as a visual language that defines space, shapes identity, and becomes design itself.
Whether you’re an architect, designer, or curator, I welcome collaborations that bring expressive, tactile linework into contemporary environments.
Let’s create something meaningful — slow, layered, and rooted in rhythm.
